The British authorities are irregularities on the track in the construction of the large Microsoft data center in the municipality of Hollands Kroon. They suspect that people have been bribed in this project in the Wieringermeer.
With more than seventy employees, the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) has now searched four houses and a business premises in London, while three people have been arrested.
It research Focuses on the British infrastructure provider Blu-3 and former business partners of the consultancy and construction company Mace Group. Persons at Blu-3 are suspected of having paid around 3.6 million euros in bribes to former MACE Group employees. BLU-3 is involved in various large complex projects, including the construction of data centers.
BLU-3 and Microsoft have not yet responded to Reuters and ANP reporting, but MACE is participating in the research.
